STEPANAKERT, MARCH 2, NOYAN TAPAN. Late on February 28 three
fixed-period servicemen of the armed forces of the Nagorno Karabakh
Republic: Hrant Markosian, Alik Tevosian and Artush Sargsyan crossed
the border of the Karabakh-Azerbaijani contact zone in the direction
of Aghdam under unknown circumstances and entered the area under
control of Azerbaijaini troops.
According to the press service of the NKR defence ministry, the
details of the incident are being clarified.
