VAHAGN KHACHATRYAN: HERITAGE LIST WAS NOT COMPETITIVE

"First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan's leading the proportional
list of the Armenian National Congress was an inspiration for the
Congress and a trouble for the authorities," ex-Mayor of Yerevan
Vahagn Khachatryan told a press conference today.
It has not been decided yet who is going to be the second on the list.
Negotiations are underway with the "Heritage" Party, he said.
"I don't think that the list proposed by the "Heritage" was
competitive. We have no problem with cooperation, we simply have
different approaches. We arrived at the conclusion as a result of
long discussions," Vahagn Khachatryan said.
