THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARMENIAN GENERAL BENEVOLENT UNION (AGBU)
VISITS HIS HOLINESS ARAM I
On Saturday 2 May 2009 in the evening Mr. Berj Setrakian the President of
AGBU visited His Holiness Aram I. Mr. Hagop Atechian, a member of the
Central Committee of the National Council of the Catholicosate of Cilicia
was also present at the meeting.
Conversations that lasted more than an hour focused on relationships between
the Armenian Church and the AGBU and ways to strengthen cooperation, and
issues concerning Armenia-Diaspora relations.
