WHO THREW THE BOMB IS NOT KNOWN, THE PLACE OF THE EXPLOSION EITHER,
BUT THE FACT OF MURDER IS CLEAR

On these days, the fact-finding group on March 1 sent to the NA
parliamentary commission to study March 1 its conclusion on the
circumstances of Hamlet Tadevosyan's death, who, according to the
official version, was killed in result of a bomb thrown by one of the
protesters. The fact-finding group found out that the preliminary
investigation was conducted wrongly and Hamlet Tadevosyan died in
result of an explosion of a bomb in his hands.
In this connection, the NA parliamentary commission convened a session
were the head for the preliminary investigation body Vahagn Harutunyan
was invited. He stated that the preliminary investigation body does
not accept the conclusion of the fact-finding group.
Vahagn Harutunyan stated that there were some preliminary
investigation mistakes but as he stated they do not have essential
significance.
The member of the March 1 parliamentary commission, Aram Karapetyan,
asked whether the bomb, which killed Vahagn Harutunyan, is known and
who was to throw it and the distance and near what part of the body it
exploded, and whether Hamlet Tadevosyan had a bulletproof vest. Vahagn
Harutunyan answered that Hamlet Tadevosyan was wearing a bulletproof
vest but the person who threw the bomb and the type of the bomb are
not known. Vahagn Tadevosyan stated hat the conclusion of the
fact-finding group has political grounds.
The head of the commission Samvel Nikoyan asked what the injuries will
be if the bomb exploded in Tadevosyan's hands. And the expert answered
that in this case the bomb will cut off Tadevosyan's hand. Nikoyan
asked the reason why the bulletproof vest of Tadevosyan was not
examined.
Vahagn Harutunyan answered smiling that it was not made, it is bad
that it was not made but.
Nevertheless, the members of the commission stated that 1 year and two
months after the death of the ten people, the commission is not able
to reveal the circumstances of the murders. There were also fragments
in Vahagn Harutunyan's speech, which make a little strange the
official version of his death. In particular, Harutunyan stated that
the trace the bomb on the asphalt is not seen.
