Motor Cars to Invalid Liberation Soldiers

Today, on the eve of the triple holiday, 8 first group invalid
soldiers of liberation of Artsakh were given specially equipped cars.
In this view a solemn arrangement took place in the Rebirth Square of
Stepanakert: the higher authorities of the NKR such as the President,
the NA Chairman, the Prime Minister, state, spiritual and public
representatives were present there. The programme, which is implemented
at the expense of State and charitable means, had started last year. To
present day 25 invalids deserved such assistance.
