ArmInfo. Georgia refuses to open the transport corridor 'Upper Lars'
linking it with Russia, Rosbalt agency reported.
The corridor was closed for repair in July 2006. Nevertheless,
the repaired road is still closed for lack of diplomatic relations
between Georgia and Russia.
