VIVACELL-MTS STARTS COOPERATION WITH QUADRACOM - FAST AND RELIABLE 24-HOUR SYSTEM OF ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

ArmInfo. VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC ("MTS"
- NYSE: MBT), announces that it has signed a dealership agreement
with electronic payments vendor Quadracom.
Thanks to this cooperation, starting from today, VivaCell- MTS'
postpaid and prepaid subscribers are provided an opportunity to
recharge their prepaid accounts or settle invoices for prepaid
services, and also pay utility bills through Quadarcom Electronic
Payment Machines.
By mid-June, in 30 days after the commercial launch, 70 online
electronic payment machines of Quadracom will be located in different
parts of Yerevan.
Quadracom Electronic Payment Machines will provide VivaCell subscribers
with availability and convenience to recharge their accounts and
settle invoices: in online regime, with ease-of-use, at any time day
and night, through three-lingual support, and with no sign up process.
Quadracom is the seventh electronic payments vendor with
which VivaCell-MTS is signing dealer agreement. The Company is
successfully cooperating with TellCell, Tandem, OSMP, Mgpay, MegaPay
and Intercoopbank. VivaCell-MTS (K-Telecom CJSC) is the leading
Armenian mobile operator, providing a wide range of Voice and Data
services. Since its launch on 1st July 2005, in a short period of
time VivaCell-MTS has managed to build a natinwide network and a
