SOME OPERATIVE INDICES OF NKR MATERIAL PRODUCTION IN JANUARY-APRIL 2009

Industry. In January-April, 2009, industrial production at a cost of
AMD 8386.9 mln at factual prices was produced in the Republic. In
comparison with January-April, 2008, the physical volume index of
the industrial production formed 118.9 percent.
The structure of industrial production proper to main types of
the economic activity is as follows: mining industry-31.5 percent,
reprocessing industry-35.7 percent, electrical energy, gas, and water
industries and distribution-32.8 percent.
In the accounting period the volume of consumer goods production
formed AMD 1652.6 mln against AMD 1209.3 mln during the same period
of the previous year or 136.7 percent of it.
At factual prices of January-April, 2009, the realization of ready-made
goods formed AMD 8380.1 mln, and the realization level - 99.9 percent.
Agriculture. In January-April, 2009, 882.7 tons (live weight) of
animal and bird meat was realized in the Republic, 108.45.3 tons of
milk, 6911.9 thousand eggs were produced.
Construction. In January-April, 2009, construction works of AMD 7008.9
mln instead of AMD 4498.2 mln of January-April, 2008, were realized
in the Republic.
