PAN-ARMENIAN FORUM OF ARMENIAN LAWYERS TO BE HELD IN YEREVAN

YEREVAN, JUNE 23, ARMENPRESS: In collaboration with the Armenian
Constitutional Court the Diaspora Ministry will September 19-20
organize a Pan-Armenian forum of Armenian lawyers in Yerevan.
Information department of the Ministry told Armenpress that admission
of applications for participation in the conference has started. The
draft agenda of the forum is already ready. It includes issues of
education and training of legal personnel, ethnic minorities, the
issue of international recognition of the Armenian Genocide from the
viewpoint of right, lobby issues and others.
It will contribute to having a better idea about the centers of
right in the world as well as mechanisms of working with them. The
conference will ensure the intercourse of Armenian lawyers with each
other and will give an opportunity to listen to their opinions on
the tendencies of development of the legal system. A pan-Armenian
Association of Armenian Lawyers is intended to be established within
the frameworks of the forum.
