ARMENIA LACKS CONFIDENCE TO ELECTORAL PROCESSES

Garegin Azaryan , the head of the Central Election Commission (CEC)
of Armenia, told a press conference in Yerevan today.
In respect to shortcomings of the electoral system, Mr. Azaryan
stressed, that people lack confidence to electoral processes,
the electoral culture is not formed yet, candidates and parties
incorrectly assess their capabilities before and after elections.
