KIRO MANOYAN: TURKISH PARLIAMENT WILL RATIFY AN AGREEMENT WITH ARMENIA ONLY IN CASE OF COMPROMISES IN NAGORNYY KARABAKH CONFLICT

ArmInfo. The Turkish parliament will ratify an agreement with Armenia
only if the Armenian party makes compromises in Nagornyy Karabakh
conflict, director of Hay Dut central office on political issues
of ARFD, Kiro Manoyan, told Arminfo correspondent when commenting on
Turkish Premier Erdogan's statement that Armenia and Turkey will sign a
protocol of diplomatic relations establishment on 10 October. he said.
Manoyan thinks that Turks will wait for progress in the Karabakh
conflict settlement process and compromises from the Armenian party,
and only in that case ratification of the Armenian-Turkish agreement
will become possible.
