RA CONSTITUTIONAL COURT TO EXAMINE ISSUE OF ARMENIAN-TURKISH PROTOCOLS' CORRESPONDENCE TO CONSTITUTION ON JANUARY 12

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 9, NOYAN TAPAN. On January 12, the RA Constitutional
Court will examine the issue of correspondence to the Constitution
of the provisions stipulated by the two protocols on normalization
of the Armenian-Turkish relations, on the basis of RA President Serzh
Sargsyan's application. Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed about it
by CC Spokesperson Hovhannes Papikian. CC member Vladimir Hovhannisian
has been appointed reporter on the case.
