Radical wing of Kurdish PKK party claimed responsibility for
assassination of 7 militants in Turkish Tokat province. According to
Turkish Referans daily, representatives of one of the PKK wings ? HPG
stated that the attack is a response to murder of their ally in
Diarbekir and threats against imprisoned Kurdish leader Abdullah
Ocalan.
December 7, when Premier Erdogan arrived in U.S., group of strangers
fired at Turkish police, killing 7 and wounding 3 Turkish soldiers.
