TURKEY AND AZERBAIJAN NOT TO LIBERALIZE VISA REGIME

regime. Although both countries had previously agreed to liberalize
visas, the document wasn't signed due to technical reasons, Azeri
and Turkish FMs told a briefing after negotiations.
