CONGRESS HAS NOT ACHIEVED ITS GOAL YET

The coordinator of the Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan said
on February 2 that they have not reached what people required.

Congress did not save people from the dictatorial regime, for which
Congress apologizes, said Zurabyan. He called for patience, because
this task requires efforts and time.

As an achievement, Levon Zurabyan considered the release of the
political prisoners, although 14 people are still behind bars. The
regime entered into a deal with the international society and
organizations, and the price of power is political prisoners, says
    Levon Zurabyan.

Another achievement of the Congress, Levon Zurabyan believes is
the break of the official version of events on March 1, when the
authorities tried to put the blame on the society and the opposition.

The third achievement according to Zurabyan is the participation of
the HAK in the election of the Council of Yerevan. The regime was
forced to write a high percentage of the vote for Congress and we
won several objectives: the liberation of political prisoners and the
fixation of Congress as the only opposition in the political life in
    Armenia, said Zurabyan.

Levon Zurabyan also considers an achievement the amount of votes that
    Nikol Pashinyan got at the by-election at the Constituency No.10;
in fact, in accordance with the official number he ceded only one
candidate, whom tacitly supported the authorities.
