WAR INEVITABLE IF ARMENIA REFUSES TO WITHDRAW - AZERI DEFENSE CHIEF

[Presenter speaking over video showing the meeting] The war in the
South Caucasus is inevitable if the invader Armenia refuses to return
the occupied territories. Time for military intervention has come and
such a threat is becoming closer. Azerbaijan cannot wait for another
15 years. The diplomats have been unable to reach the concrete outcome
for 15 years concerning the settlement of Nagornyy Karabakh conflict,
Azerbaijan's Defense Minister Safar Abiyev said in a meeting with
French ambassador Gabriel Keller.
During the meeting which focused on present situation of military
cooperation between the two countries, the defence minister also shared
his views on the Nagornyy Karabakh conflict. The French ambassador
also presented the newly appointed military attache.
