Bahar Muradova "I would like so-called Armenian genocide not to be
discussed at US House of Representatives.

Turkish side makes efforts for this. US position on this issue is also
clear", said Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova.

Muradova said she would like to believe that this issue wouldn't be
brought up for discussion at the Congress. She noted that Azerbaijan
doesn't want any discussions in this direction.

Muradova spoke about President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly
Joao Soares and special Representative of the OSCE Parliamentary
Assembly for Nagorno Karabakh conflict and Georgia Goran Lenmarker's
upcoming visit to Azerbaijan: "Issues on OSCE-Azerbaijan relations,
urgent problems in the region, as well as Nagorno Karabakh conflict,
ways of solution to this conflict with support of OSCE mediation
will be discussed within the framework of the visit. If we take
into consideration Goran Lenmarker's accompaniment to Joao Soares,
Nagorno Karabakh problem will be the main issue in the discussions".

Speaking about the next annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary
Assembly, Muradova said that they expect Armenian representatives
at the organization to present document refusing the solution of the
conflict by military way: "Azerbaijan hasn't determined its steps on
this issue yet. We need to see a document in order to take any stance
on it. It is difficult to say anything without information reflected in
that document. But we will show our position on this. But in any case
we are against adoption of such decision and we will take appropriate
    measures in this direction".
