NALBANDIAN SAYS ARMENIA'S POSITION OVER KARABAKH HASN'T CHANGED

"Armenia's position over the issue of Karabakh hasn't changed. We've
repeatedly stated that Nagorno Karabakh people's right to
self-determination is an issue of greatest importance," said Armenia's
Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian at the joint conference with EU
Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan
Fule, who is on a visit to Armenia.
Minister Edward Nalbandian pointed that the latest statements by
Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan are made in the same line.
"If this most important issue is solved, then it will be easier
to discuss and find settlements to rest of issues," added Foreign
Minister.
