TERRITORIAL CONCESSIONS MIGHT LEAD TO WAR, THINK DASHNAKS

Vitaly Balasanian, one of the leaders of the Dashnak Party in Karabah
,Armenia, stated recently that it is absolutely necessary for Karabakh
representatives to participate in negotiations concerning the Karabakh
problem. He says any kind of territorial concession to Azerbaijan
will simply speed up military action.
Balasanian thinks that historically as well as legally Karabakh belongs
to Armenia. Elections to the so-called Karabakh Parliament will take
place on May 23 and four parties will participate in these elections.
