INDIA READY TO FUND FILM OF ARMENIA GENOCIDE

ArmInfo. India is ready to fund a full film on Armenian Genocide.
Director of the National Cinema Center Gevorg Gevorgyan said in a
press conference in Yerevan on
Monday that Prokash Sharma Production representatives expressed such
desire at a meeting on the sidelines of the Cannes Film Festival. The
ilm of the Armenian Genocide will be timed to the centennial of the
tragedy. It is noteworthy that experts and scenarists from abroad will
be involved in the scenario. Albert Lazarian supervises the project.
However, G. Gevorgyan said that the project may be undertaken by
several film directors.
