ARMENIAN PRESIDENT: ARMENIA AND RUSSIA HAVE STRONG GROUNDS

Armenia and Russian has strong ground under their feet, and I'm sure
those ties wouldn't be changed, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan
declared at his meeting with the representatives of Armenian community
to Rostov-on-Don.
"This fact is en evident advantage and favorable terms for our
communities, since we have perfect relations with new fatherland -
Russia, and historic country - Armenia. Even more, we have an ideal
example of mutual understanding and trust for others," President
Sargsyan described ties between the states.
Armenian President expressed happiness for his meeting with the
compatriots and for conveying cordial greetings from their fatherland.
"Rostov-on-Don has done much to our literature, culture and development
of political thoughts making Armenian President's speech here more
accented. I mean, I have people of New Nakhijevan standing on my back -
Rapayel Patkanyan, Michael Nalbandyan, Martiros Saryan and many others
whose names and activities are holy for us. This is binding for those
who work and create here and are called on to continue worthy those
traditions," President Sargsyan said.
