"Force or its threat shouldn't be used as a card in negotiations,"
Armenian FM Edward Nalbandyan declared at Carlton University, Canada.
Armenian FM underscored Azerbaijan, rattling the sabre and making armed
statements, not only breaks the international law, but contradicts
its own false promises to adopt prosperous strategy towards NK people.
"What kind of cynicism is this promising to take care of a person
at the same time threatening to kill him if he doesn't obey. It's
impossible to settle the conflict making its reason as its resolution
mechanism.
Today Azerbaijan's authorities have obvious illusions of seeing
Azerbaijan's flag flattering in Stepanakert conditioned by the
resolution of the conflict. Actually, forced impose by Stalin in 1921
made Artsakh conflict reason years ago," Nalbandyan said.
