Francois Roshbluan: `I wish the elections of Azerbaijan were held in
the same level as in Nagorno Karabakh'
YEREVAN, JUNE 11, ARMENPRESS: `I wish the parliamentarian elections of
Azerbaijan, intended to be held November, were organized in the same
positive level as in Nagorno Karabakh,' Francois Roshbluan, French
deputy, member of the French delegation to Council of Europe
Parliamentary Assembly, said at today's press conference. He mentioned
that he has visited Artsakh with his five counterparts recently. `It
was gratifying to see that the state institutes of Artsakh are
operating in the best way.
We were informed that the recent parliamentarian elections were held
in a high level; the results are not arguable. I wish the
neighbor-states of Artsakh organized their not transparent elections
the way Artsakh did,' Mr. Francois Roshbluan said. The French
delegation attended the first session of Artsakh's Parliament. `I last
felt the same emotion and happiness, when I was participating in the
session of the declaration of independence of Armenia. Artsakh only
endeavors to live in peace and develop. I hope our visit will promote
this,' Francois Roshbluan stated.
