    WORKING GROUP FOR EXAMINING STATE PURCHASES PROCESS ESTABLISHED IN ARTSAKH

    On 18 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on
    forming a working group for examining state purchases process in the
    NKR, elaborating a package of arrangements directed to raising the
    efficiency of the process and preparing necessary suggestions. The
    group comprises:

    Benik Babayan, adviser to the NKR President (leader of the operative
    group);

    Grigory Martirossyan, NKR deputy finance minister;

    Karen Danielyan, NKR deputy minister of justice'

    Armen Lazarian, deputy head of the state department of capital
    construction under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers;

    Levon Voskanyan, head of the "State Purchases Agency" non-commercial
    organization;

    Ashot Bakhshiyan, head of the administration of the NKR Control
    Chamber;

    Shahane Safaryan, head of the legal and control department of the
    NKR Cabinet of Ministers;

    Davit Stepanyan, prosecutor of the department of state interests
    protection of the NKR Chief Prosecutor's Office;

    Lia Asryan, loyal adviser and chief specialist of the NKR National
    Assembly's secretariat;

    Ruzanna Seyranyan, head of the legal department of the NKR ministry
    of economic development;

    Vrezh Zhamharyan, head of the legal department of the NKR President's
    Office (secretary of the operative group).

    According to the central information department of Artsakh President's
    office, the working group is to complete the activities of examining
    the process of the state purchases till September 15, 2010 and present
    corresponding suggestions to the Artsakh Republic President.
