"The best variant for us is to start Armenian-Turkish process from zero
point. But I don't think it's possible. Armenian-Turkish negotiations
will either be processed or will become a ground for signing of another
protocol. But finally, what is done will not be lost," expert Artak
Shakaryan said in a meeting with the reporters.
According to him Armenia and Turkey should discuss a range of issues
which are not only connected to Armenian Genocide issue. Expert said
he even didn't mind the formation of historians' group, but they
should discuss what compensations Armenians should get and how the
crime was made.
A. Shakaryan said there are many other problems to be discussed,
but Armenian community is focused on Genocide issue only.
