NKR PRESIDENT PARTAKES IN THE MEETING OF THE DEFENSE ARMY'S MILITARY COUNCIL

On 29 December President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan
partook at the meeting of the Defense Army's Military Council convoked
to sum up the activities of the army in 2010.
In his speech the President touched upon the process of army building,
noted the achievements and issues present in the armed forces and
gave concrete instructions to the defense minister and the supreme
command staff of the army.
