The Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia Dmitry Medvedev,
Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan issued a joint statement on the
Nagorno Karabakh peace process after the negotiations in Sochi.

The leaders negotiated the fulfillment of a tripartite statement,
which they issued at the previous summit in Astrakhan on October 27,
2010 and agreed on further steps in addition to the measures envisaged
in the statement, the document runs.

The leaders of the countries agreed `to complete the exchange of
prisoners-of-war as quick as possible,' the statement said. Alongside,
the document noted the intentions `to settle all disputes peacefully
and to investigate probable incidents along the ceasefire line
involving the parties under the aegis of the co-chairmen of the OSCE
Minsk Group with the assistance of a special envoy of the OSCE
    chairman-in-office.'

`The presidents noted the importance of regular contacts on the
Nagorno Karabakh peace process and agreed to continue them in this
format in addition to the work done by the co-chairmen of the OSCE
    Minsk Group,' the statement runs.
