During the NA briefings head of ARF fraction Vahan Hovnannisyan turned
to the incident that took place between `Inheritance' party members
and policemen.
Commenting on one of the policemen's speech on TV Vahan Hovhannisyan
said, `As I understand the police have started giving lessons to the
society, what they can tell the government and what demands they can
and can't have.
This is probably a result of not being familiar with Constitution and
Legislation, because police obligation is to keep order and not give
us instructions'.
He also added that some policemen consider their job political and
evaluate political forces.
`For example, they believe that we have rushed in making
announcements. A question rises, who are you to give advice?'
