    On March 9 in Vilnius, the Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization
    for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Lithuanian Foreign
    Minister Audronius Azubalis is meeting with the Co-Chairs of the
    OSCE Minsk Group, Bernard Fassier, Robert Bradtke, Igor Popov and
    Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, who is the Personal Representative of
    the Chairperson-in-Office for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, reports
    BC the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

    The minister and representatives from the OSCE Minsk Group will discuss
    the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process
    and plans for the future, the results of the trilateral meeting of
    the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on 5 March in Sochi,
    and mechanism for the coordination of the group's activities. The
    participants of the meeting also intend to discuss ways to strengthen
    mutual confidence between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the military
    sphere and the fulfillment of the ceasefire agreement.

    The OSCE Minsk Group was established in 1992 to encourage a peaceful,
    negotiated resolution to the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia
    over Nagorno-Karabakh. The group is headed by three Co-Chairs from
    the United States of America, France and Russia. In the negotiating
    process, the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office is represented by a Personal
    Representative on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. His office also
    carried out the monitoring mission and observes the compliance with
    the agreement on the cessation of the armed conflict.
