contain many risks and can cause shock.

`For these purpose we should get prepared for using all the resources.
We should apply to international organizations for support. I don't
see any problem in it. These organizations are established for helping
    developing countries', said Sargsyan.

In the process of changes people will try to solve their personal
problems `political issues, they will introduce lie as absolute truth,
discredit the system. We should calmly react to it and always report
about the implemented activities in an open way', said Sargsyan.

Sometimes serious remarks and proposals can be met in criticism which
should be used in practice. `We are ready to listen to any useful
advice. Those who give right and useful advices, we should involve
them in our activities', said Sargsyan.
