Status quo unacceptable for Nagorno-Karabakh - OSCE Minsk Group
The co-chairmen of the Minsk Group of the Organization for Security
and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) have demanded that a peaceful
solution be found to the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh through
    negotiations.

The status quo is unacceptable, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen said
    in a statement.

Only a peaceful settlement through talks is able to bring the prospect
of a better future for all of the people who once lived or continue
living on these territories, they said.

The co-chairmen called on the leaders of both sides to refrain from
taking any measures on the disputed territories capable of damaging a
    final solution to the conflict.

They also recommended that the sides in the conflict clarify the
status of displaced persons who do not have passports.

An OSCE mission worked in the region from November 7 to November 12,
2010 to assess the general situation there, including humanitarian
    aspects.
