MFA SPOKESMAN COMMENTS ON RECURRENT PROVOCATION OF AZERBAIJAN

Azerbaijan undertook another provocation at the line of contact on the
eve of establishment of ceasefire, killing civilian Arayik Balasanyan.
"With such steps Azerbaijan not only goes against the logic of the
peace process, but also strives to maintain the tension at the lien
of contact, thus preventing the settlement of the issue on the basis
of the proposals of the international community," said Tigran Balayan,
Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Armenia.
