On June 28, the RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and the Minister
of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan participated in the official
ceremony of giving a "lieutenant" officer rank to the graduates of
the military medical faculty of Yerevan State Medical University
after Mkhitar Heratsi.
The RA Defense Minister congratulated the graduates of the military
medical faculty on getting the officer rank.
According to the department of information and public relations of
the RA Ministry of Defence, the Minister of Education and Science
Armen Ashotyan stated in his speech that the life and health of the
Armenian soldier were in safe hands.
