Bayram Safarov 'I do not think that after the Kazan meeting there is
    stagnation in the Karabakh negotiations.

Negotiations must be held by the OSCE Minsk Group, international
organizations and Armenian, Azerbaijani communities. Negotiations
must be held so that the sides demonstrate their position, power,'
chairman of the Public Union 'Azerbaijani community of Nagorno
Karabakh' Bayram Safarov said while answering question about the
process of negotiations after the Kazan meeting.

Noting that Azerbaijan is a democratic country, Bayram Safarov said
Armenians live in various parts of the republic.

'We do not offend the Armenians living in Azerbaijan, we treat
them as the citizens of Azerbaijan, representatives of the national
minorities, ensure their rights. The world sees that Azerbaijan is
a democratic country. Azerbaijan's economy, reconstruction carried
out in Azerbaijan, living conditions of our people are obvious. All,
who come to Azerbaijan, including Armenians, see it,' he said.

Safarov underlined that those who are engaged in separatist activities,
illegal, criminal actions must stand trial.

'The Armenians living in Nagorno Karabakh can live here after getting
Azerbaijani ID card and by respecting Azerbaijan's Constitution,'
    he said.

The community head noted that the Armenians didn't come into position
    at Kazan meeting:

'The Armenians have never had their own position. We are not referring
to the people here, but Armenian president, the present leaders of
Armenians. Only he hasn't any position, each time he changes his
position. Because their republic is not free, democratic, they are
dependent, they even can't express their opinion'.

Safarov underlined that the Azerbaijani people wanted peaceful
    settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict:

'But it doesn't mean that the peace, negotiations are the only way
of settlement of this conflict. The parade held in Baku after Kazan
meeting showed tour country's military power, might. The parade showed
again that Azerbaijan has no difficulties in liberation of Nagorno
    Karabakh from the occupation'.

Reminding that the whole world community recognized Azerbaijan's
territorial integrity, he noted that the Armenians knew it too: 'The
Armenians know that the Nagorno Karabakh is Azerbaijani land, world
community support and recognizes Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.

Everybody, including the Armenians knows that we will return to our
    native lands'.
