Iran tests hypersonic missiles

Iran has tested the Khalij Fars and Tondar hypersonic land-sea
missiles within ongoing military exercises in the Persian Gulf today,
the Fars news agency said.
According to the agency, the tests were successful, and the target was hit.
The "Great Prophet IV" land exercises were held in Iran last week.
On the first day of the exercises, Iran introduced missiles launched
from an underground launcher and tested the Fateh-10 missile.
According to Tehran, the exercises were held solely to demonstrate the
country's defense abilities under the slogan "peace and friendship."
