Iran's Ambassador to Baku Muhammad Bagir Bahrami does not rule out
Armenia's joining the trilateral meeting of Azerbaijani, Iranian and
    Turkish Foreign Ministers.

"The Armenian side's involvement in the talks may be discussed in
the future," Bahrami stated in an interview with SalamNews.

Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran met in the Iranian
city of Urmia on April 16. Following the meeting, ministers adopted
Urmia declaration, consisting of nine points, including complex issues
of economic development, expansion of ties in tourism, science and
culture, cooperation in regional and international organizations,
conflict resolution within the framework of territorial integrity
and inviolability of borders, as well as principles of establishing
a trilateral cooperation in other areas.

Foreign ministers decided to hold next meeting in Nakhichevan in
    October 2011.
