Aliyev and Kocharian Deal with Nagorno Karabagh

Reportedly, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian President
Robert Kocharian addressed ways to find a solution for Upper Karabagh
during their meeting in Warsaw yesterday (May 15).
According to news broadcast by the Azerbaijani News Service (ANS),
te Organization for the Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)
Minsk Group Co-Chairs, French and Russian Foreign Ministers Michael
Bernie and Sergei Lavrov participated in the first session of the
European Council leaders' summit. The head to head negotiations that
were held later lasted two hours.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov accompanying Aliyev
in Warsaw determined that they anticipated the Upper Karabagh under
Armenian occupation to be dealt with and some issues under the context
of the Prague process for the solution to the issue. Mamedyarov said:
"Among the biggest problems are the details. We have managed to reach
agreement on many issues, but the attitudes of the parties are very
different on some issues."
