"We need professional officers and Russia must assist the CIS countries
in training of officer staff," Russia's Minister of Internal Affairs
Rashid Nurgaliyev told at a news conference today.
According to him, the all-Russian institute of increase of
qualification has prepared 78 employees who are dealing with
confrontation of crimes connected with drugs. "We are ready to convey
our experience to our partners. Crime has no limits and for being
armed we must have professional grounds," the Russian minister said.
