REPUBLICAN PARTY DISTRIBUTES 'CHARITABLE' EGGS AHEAD OF EASTER

A "charitable drive" by the ruling Republican Party of Armenia
(HHK) was apparently in force on Thursday in a neighborhood of the
Yerevan district of Ajapnyak. Several youth were going door-to-door
distributing Arzni brand eggs ahead of the Easter holiday.
A similar campaign was underway in the 16th district, one of the
residents of which informed Epress.am that late at night, youth who
identified themselves as HHK activists, knocked on apartment doors
and offered a basket of eggs as a "gift".
Those who didn't open their doors found their "gift" left outside
their door in the morning.
