MEMORY OF GENOCIDE VICTIMS IS COMMEMORATED

On April 24 the people of Artsakh paid homage to the victims of
Armenian genocide of 1915. Thousands of residents of Stepanakert
and guests laid flowers and wreathes on the monument to the genocide
victims. The NKR President B.Sahakyan, Chairman of National Assembly
A.Ghoulyan, Prime Minister A.Haroutyunyan, Ministers, responsible
representatives of state and public structures visited the memorial
complex. Youth and students' organizations raised posters with slogans
condemning the slaughter. Primate of Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian
Apostolic Church Pargev Archbishop Martirosyan held a moleben at the
memorial complex.
