The PR headquarters of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) has issued a
press release regarding election fraud.
34/12: There are accumulations and the situation has gotten out of control.

32/43 12:30: Envelopes were stamped with passport stamps, and passports
were stamped with envelope stamps. A protocol has been prepared and attempt
