YEREVAN, JUNE 29, ARMENPRESS: Actions of Azerbaijani armed forces have
a planned character and can not be implemented without the knowledge
of political and military leadership. About this declared Defense
Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan during the briefing on June 29
    after visiting "Erablur" military pantheon.

"We have given the estimation of the situation many times. They try
to have an impact on international institutions with the help of
aggravation of the situation in order to be able to solve the issue
more quickly. They are also trying to create atmosphere of unilateral
coercion and we are against it" noticed Ohanyan as Armenpress reports.

In his words Armenian side has once been in such situation during the
imposed war and was able to come out from that situation with honor.

"Our armed forces passed that exam with high marks. Today we again
give worthy response to diversion actions. We response to those
actions which are planned and do not response to irregular shots"
    mentioned the Minister.

Today Armenian army with experienced commanders and soldiers is ready
to make heroism. Ohanyan highlighted that in result of the estimation
of the situation they had come to the conclusion that the possibility
of resumption of military actions is less likely.
