Armenia without garbage. The Armenia based members of the movement
Let~Rs Do It movement want to see Armenia such on September 15.

Cleaning territories of household waste was organized in 100 countries
at the initiative of the movement.

Estonia, for example, 50,000 activists cleaned 10,000 tons of garbage
in five hours in 2008. This time, already Let~Rs Do It intends to
unite all forces to clean the garbage in Armenia during one day and
    to sort it.

Dozens of ecological, non-governmental, trade organizations have
joined the initiative but all those who wish may take part in the
    cleaning works.

The members of the movement have also addressed an application to the
republic~Rs president and PM. Let~Rs Do It expects the government to
assist financially. About 30 mln USD is needed to buy corresponding
instruments, to transport the garbage, and to sort it.

Schoolchildren will also participate in the cleaning work, as the
project is also educational. ~SThe atmosphere is dirty everywhere,
and none does anything for it. Perhaps, dustbins are placed in some
places, but the issue cannot be settled only by placing them, that is,
a culture should be formulated, control should be exercised. We are
trying to address the first part.

We can see that wish in children-to live a clean Armenia, the wish
to see the environment clean, and proceeding from that we hope that
starting with schoolchildren, children, students we can make changes
in our country, in our society,~T President of Association of Young
Biologists NGO, the head of Let~Rs Do It! Armenia movement Arsen
    Gasparyan said.
