ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT TO SELL AREA OF BURNT JUSTICE MINISTRY TO EDUARDO EURNEKIAN FOR $730,000

The Government of Armenia has decided to sell the area of the burnt
Justice Ministry of Armenia to Tango CJSC, owned by Argentinean
businessman Eduardo Eurnekian, for 300mln AMD or $730,000 (60,000
AMD per 1 sq m). Tango has promised to build a new public facility in
the area by June 30 2015. Eurnekian also owns Armenia International
Airports, the concessionaire of Yerevan's Zvartnots Airport and
Gyumri's Shirak Airport.
