YEREVAN. - Parliamentary ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Heritage and Armenian
National Congress (ANC) groups turned to the Government and the
Attorney General's Office. Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) did not
    sign the application.

The applicants have presented a questionnaire regarding the Harsnakar
restaurant case, where four military doctors were brutally beaten on
June 17, while one of them, Vahe Avetyan, died in hospital without
    coming into consciousness.

The questionnaire includes such questions as who informed and when
police received the alarm, whether all the participants of the
incident are known and all the witnesses are interrogated. Regarding
proofs, whether the criminal case targets at the exact time and place
of the incident, who ordered to beat Avetyan and his colleagues,
whether the phone calls of the arrested are linked to the case and
whether they mention names. Among other proofs is video surveillance,
which should have recorded the incident and if it was not how it is
explained. Whether there were other customers at the moment in the
restaurant and whether they tried to prevent the beating. Besides,
does the restaurant ensure its customers' security and whether the
employees are authorized to apply force and in what cases.

Armen Rustamyan from ARFD, Ruben Hakobyan from Heritage and Aram
Manukyan from the ANC signed the questionnaire.
