Safar Abiyev: `Invader Armenia, which doesn't want to return
peacefully Azerbaijan's lands occupied for about 20 years, anticipates
the war day by day'

Baku - APA. Defense Minister, Colonel General Safar Abiyev received
Commander of the US Oklahoma state National Guard Major General Myles
Deering.
Press service of the Defense Ministry told APA that Defense Minister
said Azerbaijan and US were strategic partners and added that
long-term effective military cooperation between our Armed Forces and
Oklahoma State National Guard was an estimable example.
Abiyev informed the guests about the current military and political
situation in the region and underlined that Armenia was continuing its
aggressive policy: `This invader country, which doesn't want to return
peacefully Azerbaijan's lands occupied for about 20 years, anticipates
the war day by day'.
The defense minister said that activity of the OSCE Minsk Group, which
plays a mediating role, didn't yield concrete results. According to
the minister, in that case, Azerbaijan can not choose but liberate its
occupied lands by strengthening its army.
