Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair discussed
standstill in negotiation on Nagorno Kharabakh

Armenia uses all tricks and pretexts to keep `Status -Quo'
Baku-APA. The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met on
September 27 with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs on the sidelines of
the 67th Session of the UN General Assembly. According to the
information of the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
the officials discussed the current standstill in negotiation process
because of Iravan's direct guilt.
Elamar Mammadyarov said that Armenia uses all tricks and pretexts to
keep `Status -Quo'. Confirming the statements by their presidents, the
co-chairs said, the `status- quo' is unacceptable for them.
E. Mammadyarov stressed that the peace, security and stability in the
region will remain under threats until Armenia rejects to withdraw its
Armed forces from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
