ARMENIAN PRESIDENT LEAVES LEBANON

BEIRUT: Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan left Beirut Wednesday
morning, after an official farewell ceremony was held at Baabda Palace,
according to the National News Agency. Lebanese President Michel
Sleiman and First Lady Wafa Sleiman welcomed Sargsyan and his wife,
who arrived to Lebanon Monday. Speaking during a lunch banquet held in
his honor by Speaker Nabih Berri Tuesday, the Armenian president said,
"Armenian authorities are ready for their role to stand by Lebanon
and the Lebanese to solve the present conflicts."
