RUSSIAN FM LAVROV URGES PEACEFUL SETTLEMENT OF KARABAKH CONFLICT

The Karabakh conflict should be resolved exclusively by peaceful
means, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at the OSCE
Ministerial Council in Dublin today, a Panorama.am correspondent
reports from Dublin.
"I see nothing else than that the resolution should be achieved
through peaceful negotiations," the Russian FM added.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is also attending the OSCE
Ministerial Council meeting, for the last time before she retires
in January.
