60 FREE AND 120 PAID HOURS OF AIRTIME FOR CANDIDATES OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

YEREVAN, JANUARY 15, ARMENPRESS: Central Electoral Commission of
Armenia has established the order of airtime on Public Radio and
Public TV during January 15 session for the candidates running for
president during elections held on February 18, 2013. As Armenpress
was informed from press service of CEC, the right for airtime would
be equal for all the candidates of electoral race.
For implementing election campaign Public Television will allocate
time starting from 6:00 PM, and Public Radio from 1:30 PM till 9:40
PM. In accordance with the established order, emanating from technical
necessity above mentioned scheduled may be removed not more but for
30 minutes.
Candidates for the post of the president will be provided with 60 free
and 120 paid hours of airtime on public television and public radio.
